레진 제품은 100% 수작업으로 개체차이가 존재하며, 사진 속 색감과 실제 색감이 다를 수 있습니다.
사이즈는 측정 위치나 방식에 따라 1~2cm 오차가 있을 수 있습니다.
제품에 사용된 소재에 따라 개인차로 알레르기 반응이 발생할 수 있으니 피부가 예민하신 분은 소재를 꼭 확인한 후 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다.
모든 레진 제품은 수작업 공정 특성상 기포나 거친 표면이 있을 수 있으며, 이는 교환/환불 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
제품 표면의 자연스러운 스크래치, 미세한 이물질은 제작 과정에서 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 교환/환불 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
소재 특성상 공기, 물, 땀 ,햇빛 등에 의해 변색현상이 발생할 수 있습니다. 착용 및 보관 시 주의해주세요.
장시간 미착용 시에는 직사광선을 피하고 지퍼백 등 밀폐된 공간에 보관해 주세요.
습기, 직사광선을 피해 보관하시면 제품을 더 오래 사용할 수 있습니다.
제품이 운송과정에서의 배송중 손상이 발생한 경우를 제외하고 교환, 환불은 불가능 합니다
제품 수령일로부터 7일 이후 발생한 문제의 경우, 왕복 배송비와 수리비가 청구되며, 유상 수리가 가능합니다.

• Measurements may vary by 1–2cm depending on the measuring method or position.
• Depending on the materials used, allergic reactions may occur. If you have sensitive skin, please check the material details carefully before purchasing.
• Due to the nature of the handmade resin process, small air bubbles or slightly rough surfaces may appear. These are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for exchange or refund.
• Minor scratches or tiny particles on the surface may occur during the production process. These are natural characteristics and are not valid reasons for exchange or refund.
• Please note that discoloration may occur due to exposure to air, water, sweat, or sunlight depending on the material. Handle and store with care.
• When not in use for a long time, avoid direct sunlight and store in a sealed bag or container.
• Keep products away from humidity and direct sunlight to extend their lifespan.
• Exchanges and refunds are not accepted except in cases of damage during delivery.
• For issues reported after 7 days of receipt, round-trip shipping and repair fees will be charged, and only paid repairs are available.
